Company History
In 1920, a young man named Louis DeSitter came from Belgium with a vision, to start a company that would provide the finest quality flooring materials and installations for both homeowners and businesses throughout Chicagoland.
Today, Louis’ vision is carried on by his two grandsons and third generation co-owners, Tom Cunningham and Steve DeSitter.
Our team of flooring specialists provide over 250 combined years of experience.

Our 30,000 square foot corporate headquarters located in Bolingbrook, IL also acts as our contract showroom and workroom/warehouse where our exacting standards apply to everything from pre-installation inspections to the creation of custom-crafted rugs and stair runners.
