Carpeting

Lifetime Guarantee: DeSitter Flooring offers a lifetime installation guarantee on all residential carpet installations.
 
As part of our total commitment to customer satisfaction, DeSitter Flooring will guarantee your custom carpet installation for as long as you occupy your home.
If during your carpets lifetime any repairs are needed due to Improper Installation, DeSitter Flooring will repair it FREE OF CHARGE.
This warranty is exclusive to owner occupied residential applications and applies solely to the original purchaser.
 

CONDITIONS:

  • Carpet must be in repairable condition
  • Guarantee does not cover tears, burns, delaminating, stains, or general abuse.
  • Repair labor excludes moving of the furniture.
 
 
Hardwood Flooring

DeSitter Flooring warrants the installation for a period of 2 years from the date of completion and warrants that the installation conforms to industry standards. Expansion and contraction are natural occurrences with hardwood flooring that result from improper humidification. They are not covered under this warranty.
 
 
Luxury Vinyl Tile

DeSitter Flooring warrants our LVT installations for a period of 2 years from date of completion and warrants that the installation conforms to industry standards.
 
 
Tile & Stone

DeSitter Flooring warrants our tile & stone installations for a period of 2 years from date of completion and warrants that the installation conforms to industry standards.
