Lifetime Installation Warranty
As part of our total commitment to customer satisfaction, DeSitter Flooring will guarantee your custom carpet installation for as long as you occupy your home.
If during your carpets lifetime any repairs are needed due to Improper Installation, DeSitter Flooring will repair it FREE OF CHARGE.
This warranty is exclusive to owner occupied residential applications and applies
solely to the original purchaser.
CONDITIONS:
- Carpet must be in repairable condition
- Guarantee does not cover tears, burns, delaminating, stains, or general abuse.
- Repair labor excludes moving of the furniture.

Smartstrand covers the following in stain warranty: Mustard, coffee, bleach, benzoyl peroxide, non-wax stains, non-oil stains.
Mohawk Stain Exclusions:Caustic chemicals, insecticides, paints, shoe polish, tar, lipstick, mascara, plant food, iodine, feces, vomit.
Shaw Stain Exclusions: Bleaches, caustic chemicals, insecticides, paints, shoe polish, tar, lipstick, mascarra, plant food, iodine, feces, vomit.
Texture is "significant" twist loss or loss of texture from foot traffic.
Matting is physical entanglement of the fibers on the surface which is a result of loss of twist.
Abrasive Wear is the carpet will not lose more than 10% of the yarn.
Crushing is loss of pile thickness.
