Shop At Home Sales Consultant:
As an In-Home Residential Flooring Sales Consultant, you will provide a five star experience to our longstanding clientele and meet sales goals for our business. You will assist, design, educate and sell all types of high quality flooring materials and installation services for carpet, area rugs, hardwood, and more. You must possess good communication skills and build trusting relationships that immediately make our customers feel welcomed. It's critical to quickly identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products/services and recommend solutions. It's also important to maintain a positive attitude through the process from start to finish. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure our customer's complete satisfaction and help contribute to the store’s success.
Residential Flooring Sales Associate:
As a Residential Flooring Sales Associate, you will provide a five star experience to our longstanding clientele while hitting your KPI's / sales goals. Ultimately, we are looking for someone to contribute to our stores success by being the best and to ensure our customer's flooring needs are met quickly and easily with complete satisfaction. Positions in both LaGrange and Glen Ellyn stores.
General Warehouse - Delivery Driver:
The general duties and skills required of this position include, but not limited to: Load and receive materials, Enter materials received into computer using our WMS software, Stage outbound material orders, Process "returns", Cycle counts, Full warehouse capabilities.
